Our Initial Acupuncture session is a comprehensive appointment designed to introduce you to the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine and to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. This first visit begins with a detailed consultation, during which we discuss your health history, lifestyle, concerns, and wellness goals. This enables us to gain a full understanding of your condition and determine the most suitable approach for your treatment. Once your consultation is complete, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment. Ultra-fine needles are gently placed at specific points on the body to help restore balance, ease discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing response. Many clients find the experience deeply calming, leaving the session feeling relaxed, centred, and more in tune with their bodies. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support with stress, or improved general well-being, the Initial Acupuncture Consultation and Treatment provides a welcoming and informative start to your journey with holistic care.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Booking Confirmation: Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment, including the date, time, and location. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 3. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule less than 48 hours prior, your deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required. 4. Therapist Preference Therapist Gender Preference: If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but preferences must be stated prior to booking. 5. Branch Location Location of Appointment: Gemini Recovery has multiple branches. It is your responsibility to ensure you attend the correct location. If you arrive at the wrong branch, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without offering a reschedule. 6. Conduct and Honesty Conduct Policy: If you provide false information on your booking form or are rude to staff members, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without refund. 7. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. Delays and Waiting Time 8. Appointment Delays: Occasionally, there may be slight delays in starting your appointment due to the unique circumstances of other clients. We ask for your patience and understanding in such situations. 9. Additional Terms and Conditions Health and Safety Compliance: Clients must adhere to all health and safety guidelines as directed by Gemini Recovery. Failure to comply may result in appointment cancellation. 10. Payment Terms: A £50 deposit is required at the time of appointment. Any outstanding balances must be settled immediately after your appointment. 11. Privacy Policy: All personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely to provide our services.
